Outline

Welcome

In this module, you will learn about the ODP Customers Profiles section, what you use it for and how to use it.

After completing this module, you should be able to:

  • State the purpose of the Profiles screen
  • Use filters and segments to view overall customer profiles from different perspectives
  • View and interact with data for a specific customer profile

What is it? / Why use it?

ODP is continually collecting behavioral data and customer profile data from all of your data sources and merging it into central customer profiles so you can use them for reporting, segmentation, and campaign personalization.

Customer profiles help you understand changes to your customer base, such as the size of your reachable audience or identifying information on an individual customer level.

There are three main components:

  • Customer Profiles Over Time chart
  • Customer Profiles Table
  • Individual Customer Profile

Customer profiles over time

The page contains a configurable chart, providing insight into your total, reachable, and unreachable customers, and current and trended monthly active users.

Customer profiles table

The page also contains a searchable and segmentable table for locating and reviewing the profiles of specific customers or specific customer audiences.

Individual customer profiles

When you click on a customer's name or ID from the table, you can access their customer profile and review the customer's activities and details.
