• Optimizely Academy Access Passes and courses are non-transferable and non- refundable, once an individual has started consuming training content.
• Optimizely Academy Access Passes have a fixed subscription time (12 months, displayed at purchase) and cannot be extended in time or paused.
• Optimizely reserves the right to issue no-show fees, and/or prevent users from registering for events if the users continuously enroll but do not show up for the registered events.
• Optimizely can at any time release new versions of courses and retract older ones without notification.
• Auto Renewal does not apply to Education Services Subscriptions.
