How do I access my courses?

Select "All Topics" from the Topic menu in the top-right to browse course topics you have access to.

In the old system I had access to courses that I can't find. What should I do?
Please email and explain which courses you feel are missing.

Using Academy

I am enrolled in a scheduled session. How do I change the date?
Go to the session page and select "Unenroll". You will then be able to enroll in another session.

How do I change my password?
Select your user icon in the top-right, select "My Profile", click "Edit Profile", and then "Change Password".

Will I be able to purchase in local currency?
Online purchases are only available in USD

Can I pay by invoice?
No. Purchases on the store must be made by credit card. If your purchase is more than 4,000 USD, you may request to pay by invoice which will require us to complete paperwork. Please email
