Exam Prep session: CMS 12 (Advanced)

The CMS 12 exam prep advanced session will cover more advanced developer topics and skills needed to customize and extend the product as well as prepare for the certification exam. The goal of these exam prep sessions is to provide attendees with focal points of knowledge to study, these are not intended as a starting point for learning the product. The format of the session will be instructor led PowerPoint presentation with links to specific documentation combined with live demonstrations of key knowledge areas.

Some of the key knowledge areas covered in the advanced session include the following:

• Integrating external data
• Custom scheduled jobs
• Search and Navigation
• Personalization
• Managing a DXP deployment
• Working with the framework APIs

Session Prerequisites

Ideally attendees of this session will have first attended or the knowledge of the “CMS 12 Exam Prep Session – Fundamentals”. Additionally, attendees should have completed the eLearning courses covering knowledge areas listed or have equivalent working knowledge.
