  • Demonstrate how to enable and configure reordering and cancellation features in the admin console

It’s time to play in the Configured Commerce sandbox!

The following practice exercises take place in the Knowledge & Learning training site. Before jumping in, please log in to the Training site Admin Console using the following credentials:

  • Username: TrainingUser
  • Password: Opticon1!#

Use the same credentials to log in to the Training site storefront.

After logging in, do the following:

  1. Turn on reordering in the admin console
  2. Reorder a previously submitted order from My Account>Order History on the storefront
  3. Configure order cancellation settings in the admin console
  4. Cancel an order from My Account>Order History on the storefront
