In this module, you will learn how to access and use the Reports section in Optimizely CMS to monitor and manage your website content effectively. Reports help you track the status, updates, and quality of content across your site. You’ll explore different types of reports, learn how to apply filters, and understand how to use them for audits and maintenance.

Understand how each report supports content review and quality management
The Reports section can be accessed from the left-hand navigation panel in the CMS. Each report provides insights intoyour content’s lifecycle, status, and health. You can use filters such as start page, change date, editor, and language to narrow down results and focus on specific areas.
Available Reports
Not Published Pages – Displays all content that has not been published yet. Useful for reviewing drafts and ensuring timely publication.
Published Pages – Shows all content currently published, allowing teams to track recent live updates.
Changed Pages – Lists pages updated within a selected timeframe, helping review edits made by different users.
Expired Pages – Identifies content that has passed its expiration date as configured under All Properties > ManageExpiration and Archiving. You can decide whether to republish or remove outdated items.
Simple Address – Displays pages that have simplified URLs assigned, helping you review and manage them easily.
Link Status – Lists broken or unreachable links within the site. For accurate results, run the Link Validation Job fromScheduled Jobs before checking this report.
Custom Reports
Developers can build custom reports and add them as new menu items in the CMS interface if needed.
