In this module, you’ll explore how to enable and use the Projects feature, create a new project, associate content with it, collaborate through comments, and manage all content updates from a centralized project overview. You’ll also learn how to switch between project modes and avoid common mistakes when editing outside a project.

Overview

The Projects feature helps you organize and manage related content updates together — such as campaigns or launches — so you can easily review, comment, and publish multiple items at once.

Projects allow you to:

  • Group related pages and blocks under one project
  • Track edits and statuses (Draft, Ready to Publish, Published)
  • Collaborate with comments and reviews
  • Publish or schedule multiple items simultaneously
