In this module, you will learn about the History settings in Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) which allows you to check if ODP integration is working.

After completing this module, you should be able to:

  • Understand how Activity Log keep track

  • Validate an integration using the Event Inspector

Activity Log

The Activity Log is a comprehensive record of significant activities within your account. It tracks when specific processes start and finish, such as file imports, campaign executions, and integration synchronizations. It is an excellent place to check for errors if something hasn't worked as expected.

Event Inspector

The Event Inspector is used for troubleshooting data syncing and verifying the accuracy of information sent to your ODP account from Optimizely APIs. It allows you to review the raw data that ODP sends back and forth with integrated platforms as data updates often result in underlying events.
