Behaviors
Outline
Welcome
In this module, you will learn about behaviors and how to work with the ODP Behaviors tool.
After completing this module, you should be able to:
State the purpose of behaviors
Create, view, edit, copy, share and delete a behavior
What is it? / Why use it?
Behaviors are a series of customer actions that model how customers interact with your brand. ODP views them as specific expressions in a particular order. For example, cart abandonment is a behavior involving a customer adding an item to their cart, not removing it, and not purchasing it.
Behaviors are used for:
- Creating audiences (standard or real-time).
- Populating dynamic grids in campaigns.
