Before taking your exam, please be sure to:

• Complete Content Management System (CMS) end-user eLearning.
• Familiarize yourself with SaaS CMS Administrator Certification - Core Competency reference material .
• CMS (SaaS) Masterclass recordings and upcoming events ( part of ILT Subscription ).
• Remember you will only have 14 days to complete the exam once purchased.

Please be advised that exams should be purchased solely by the individual planning to take them. Exam registrations are intended for individual use and cannot be transferred.

When you are ready to take your exam

You will have 60 minutes to complete 50 multiple choice questions. Failure to complete all questions on time will result in a failed assessment. Upon failing, you are required to wait 24 hours before you can retake the assessment. Failure to pass this assessment within 14 days will require you to purchase a new exam attempt. You need to score a minimum of 85% to pass the exam and become certified.

Once you pass your exam

You will receive an email notification for a Credly badge. You will retain your certified status for 24 months. If you do not see an email from Credly in your inbox, please check your other, junk, and spam folders.
