Live cohort · Experimentation x Agent Platform

Going Agentic with Experimentation

You don't have to rip and replace anything to go agentic. Join this 5-day live cohort and go from getting more out of the tools you already own to showing your leadership team the results. You'll learn alongside your peers, one day at a time.

Why this cohort

Most experimentation programs don't stall because of a lack of ideas. They stall because of the work around them: tools that never get fully used, learnings that live in one person's head, a small team stuck waiting on developers, and results that are hard to explain to leadership.

This cohort takes on those problems one day at a time. Each day focuses on one challenge and how Mark can take on part of the work, so you leave every session with something you can use with your team straight away.

By the end of the week, you'll be able to

  • Get more value from the Optimizely tools you already have
  • Run experiments with a consistent process, and keep what you learn easy to find and reuse
  • Help more teams experiment without waiting on one central team or a developer
  • Link your results to business goals and report them in terms leadership cares about
  • Take the exam and earn your certification

Who it's for

Current customers, people exploring Optimizely and anyone early in their experimentation journey. Day 1 starts with what you already have, so you can join at any level.

Your week, day by day

Day 1 · Mon 15 Feb

Unlocking What You Already Own

Start with the stack you already have. Many teams pay for features they rarely use. This session looks at three of them and how to get real value from each.

What you'll cover

  • Stats Accelerator: when to use it and how it helps you reach results faster
  • The Results Page: how to read your results with confidence and spot what matters
  • Mark: simple ways to hand repetitive experimentation tasks to AI

You'll leave with: A quick win you can put in place with your current setup, starting the next day.

Day 2 · Tue 16 Feb

Governance & Knowledge Reuse

Once you see what's possible with what you own, the next question is how it fits into the way you work. As programs grow, it gets harder to keep everyone working the same way, and past learnings get lost.

What you'll cover

  • Set clear standards for how ideas are prioritized, who owns what and who makes the call
  • Capture what each experiment teaches you, so it's easy to find and reuse
  • Use Mark to automate parts of the process and bring past learnings back when you need them

You'll leave with: A simple, repeatable process your team can follow, so knowledge stops living in one person's head.

Day 3 · Wed 17 Feb

Scaling Beyond the Core Team

With a repeatable process in place, it's time to grow. In many programs, experimentation depends on one person or a small team, and limited developer time caps how many ideas get tested.

What you'll cover

  • Spot the bottlenecks that slow your program down
  • Use agents built with Mark to take on work that usually waits on a central team or a developer
  • Plan how to expand experimentation to more teams, channels and markets

You'll leave with: A clear next step for bringing more teams into experimentation.

Day 4 · Thu 18 Feb

From Strategy to KPIs

Now for the payoff: the results. Individual test wins are great, but leadership wants to know what experimentation does for the business.

What you'll cover

  • Link your experimentation goals to wider business goals and KPIs
  • Choose success metrics that match how your business measures performance
  • Use Mark to turn experiment results into clear, business-friendly reports

You'll leave with: A way to show the value of your program in language your executives care about.

Day 5 · Fri 19 Feb

Exam prep and get certified 🏆

Wrap up the week and get ready to earn your certification.

What you'll cover

  • Review the key ideas from Days 1 to 4
  • Go over what to expect in the exam
  • Get your questions answered before you take it

You'll leave with: Everything you need to earn your certification and prove what you can do.

By the end of the cohort, you'll have a clear line from "what I can do today" to "what I can show my executives," and a certification to prove it.

How to join

  • One click enrolls you in all five days. You'll get a calendar invite for the full week.
  • Seats are limited. If the cohort is full, join the waitlist. If a seat opens up, you'll be enrolled automatically.
