Going Agentic with Experimentation - Cohort 3

Going Agentic with Experimentation
Cohort 3: Scaling Beyond the Core Team
You don't need a bigger team to test more ideas. In this 5-day live cohort, you'll learn how to spread the work beyond a small central group, build your first agent with Mark and bring more teams on board. You'll learn alongside your peers, one day at a time, and finish ready to get certified.
Why this cohort
In many programs, experimentation depends on one person or a small team. Limited developer time then caps how many ideas get tested, and progress slows down.
This cohort shows you how to spread the work. Over five days, you'll spot your bottlenecks, build a first agent with Mark for work that usually waits on someone else and plan how to bring more teams on board.
Who it's for
Current customers and anyone running, or getting started with, experimentation. Day 1 covers the basics, so you can join at any level.
Outcomes
By the end of the week, you'll be able to:
- Spot the bottlenecks that slow your program down
- Build a first agent with Mark for work that usually waits on a central team or a developer
- Check an agent's output and share it so other teams can use it with confidence
- Plan a roll-out to another team, channel or market
- Reduce your reliance on one central team or developer
- Take the exam and earn your certification
Your week's agenda
Day 1 · Mon Mar 1
Why Experimentation Gets Stuck
In many programs, experimentation depends on one person or a small team, and limited developer time caps how many ideas get tested. Today covers where the bottlenecks come from and how agents can help.
What you'll cover
- Spot the bottlenecks that slow your program down
- What an agent is, and what Mark can take on
- What to hand off, and what to keep with the central team
You'll leave with
A simple map of where your program gets stuck.
Day 2 · Tue Mar 2
Build Your First Agent with Mark
Today is hands-on. You'll build an agent with Mark that takes on work that usually waits on a central team or a developer.
What you'll cover
- Pick one task that's worth handing off
- Build the agent step by step with Mark
- Test it on a real example
You'll leave with
A first working agent for your team.
Day 3 · Wed Mar 3
Make It Work Beyond One Team
An agent is only useful if others can trust and use it. Today covers making it reliable and ready to share.
What you'll cover
- Check an agent's output and fix common problems
- Set simple guardrails so other teams use it the right way
- Common mistakes when sharing across teams
You'll leave with
An agent other teams can use with confidence.
Day 4 · Thu Mar 4
Plan Your Roll-out
Plan how to bring more teams, channels and markets into experimentation.
What you'll cover
- Applied exercise: plan a roll-out to a second team, channel or market, for example apps, feature experimentation or personalization
- How to cut your dependence on one central team or developer
- Q&A and a recap of the week so far
You'll leave with
A simple roll-out plan for your next team.
Day 5 · Fri Mar 5
Exam prep and get certified 🏆
Wrap up the week and get ready to earn your certification.
What you'll cover
- Review the key ideas from Days 1 to 4
- Go over what to expect in the exam
- Get your questions answered before you take it
You'll leave with
Everything you need to earn your certification and prove what you can do.
By the end of the week, you'll have a first agent, a plan to bring more teams in, and a certification to prove it.
How to join
- One click enrolls you in all five days. You'll get a calendar invite for the full week.
- Seats are limited. If the cohort is full, join the waitlist. If a seat opens up, you'll be enrolled automatically.
- Not this time? There's another shot. We're adding more cohorts and will post the dates on Academy as soon as we have them.
